The objectives of this study is To study the weaknesses strengths treats and opportunity of Agriculture and Cooperatives Office in Mae Hong Son Province in The Implementation of the Watershed Conservation Project for Her Majesty the Queen’s Initiative in Mae Sa Nga River and Nam Khong River, Mae Hong Son Province. Analyze strategies for The Implementation of the Watershed Conservation Project for Her Majesty the Queen’s Initiative in Mae Sa Nga River and Nam Khong River, Mae Hong Son Province to achieve sustainable development The obtained data was collected by conducting in-depth and group conversation with 29 subjects From staff of The Implementation of the Watershed Conservation Project for Her Majesty the Queen’s Initiative in Mae Sa Nga River and Nam Khong River, Mae Hong Son Province, community leaders and farmers. The results showed that 1.) The weakness and strengths of Agriculture and Cooperatives Office in Mae Hong Son Province was personnel with high knowledge and experience, organization management with set clear roles, work procedures, resources get continuous operating budgets but lacking good vehicles and tools, and policy there is a master plan to guide the operation But with frequent changes of policy 2.) Opportunity and threat was political get administrators in the provinces give importance, social with the people in the target area have culture, way of life, beliefs and a little education, Economic the people in the area are relatively poor, livelihoods have limitations, And technology The people are less educated, difficult to access technology. Strategies for The Implementation of the Watershed Conservation Project for Her Majesty the Queen’s Initiative in Mae Sa Nga River and Nam Khong River, Mae Hong Son Province 1.)
