This study aims to investigate the learners' learning performance and programming skills when they learn the fundamental programming course with C programming language in the smart learning classroom environment compare with the learners who learn in the traditional classroom environment. The 70 freshmen were divided into two groups. The first group has thirty-five learners who were assigned to learn in the smart learning environment, and other thirty-five learners were assigned to learn in the old style in the traditional classroom environment.
