With the development of global integration, cooperation and exchanges between cross-cultural universities are increasing. The role of knowledge in economic life has steadily increased. Apparently, knowledge sharing(KS) is one of the most important parts of it especially in the knowledge-based university research teams. However, individuals do not always share their knowledge, and they may be reluctant to share too much information as the organization wants. The graduate team in colleges and universities is a team of knowledge-based talents with research goals and complementary research skills. Knowledge sharing is the foundation of postgraduate research and research projects in academic research. Knowledge is the core resource of postgraduate teams in higher education institutions. Only when knowledge resources are shared, can more postgraduate students use and be innovated, and resources can be realized in scientific research projects and finally optimize the effect of the configuration. This research will analyze crosscultural knowledge sharing situation in postgraduate program through a quantitative approach by taking a case study of Chinese and Thai graduates in Chiang Mai University. For further study, expected result is to effectively put forward countermeasures that promoting knowledge sharing among cross-cultural postgraduates in Chiang Mai University thus enhancing graduate team's creativity and core competencies. 2020-10-14T08:24:43Z 2020-10-14T08:24:43Z 2020-03-01 Conference Proceeding 2-s2.0-85085622614 10.1109/ECTIDAMTNCON48261.2020.9090769 https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?partnerID=HzOxMe3b&scp=85085622614&origin=inward http://cmuir.cmu.ac.th/jspui/handle/6653943832/70126
