Effect of sintering temperatures on phase transition of lead zirconate ceramics

In this report, effect of sintering temperature on the phase transition temperature from antiferroelectric phase to paraelectric phase of PbZrO3 is presented. PbZrO3 ceramics were prepared via the solid state reaction route. Calcination and sintering were done at 750 °C for 2 h and 1150-1250 °C for...

Description
Summary:In this report, effect of sintering temperature on the phase transition temperature from antiferroelectric phase to paraelectric phase of PbZrO3 is presented. PbZrO3 ceramics were prepared via the solid state reaction route. Calcination and sintering were done at 750 °C for 2 h and 1150-1250 °C for 2 h respectively. The transition temperature increased with increasing sintering temperature up to 1200 °C then decreased with the temperature. © 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
