th-cuir.11292008-05-03T03:33:41Z ภาพอาชีพนักข่าวโทรทัศน์ในภาพยนตร์ฮอลลีวู้ดกับที่ปรากฎอยู่ตามประสบการณ์นักข่าวโทรทัศน์ไทย Representation of television news reporters in Hollywood films as opposed to that existing in the experiences of Thai professionals ภาวดี ทิพยรักษ์, 2523- สุภาพร โพธิ์แก้ว จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย. คณะนิเทศศาสตร์ ตัวละครและลักษณะนิสัยในภาพยนตร์ นักข่าวโทรทัศน์ วิทยานิพนธ์ (นศ.ม.)--จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, 2547 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพบนฐานแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างตัวบทจากภาพยนตร์สู่ความเป็นจริง โดยอนุมานว่า ภาพอาชีพที่นำเสนอในภาพยนตร์อยู่บนพื้นฐานความเป็นจริงในระดับหนึ่ง การศึกษาจากภาพยนตร์จึงน่าจะสะท้อนภาพอาชีพและการปฏิบัติงานของนักข่าวโทรทัศน์ ตลอดจนปัญหา อุปสรรคและแนวโน้มที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นในสภาพการทำงานจริงได้ วัตถุประสงค์สำคัญของการวิจัย คือ เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบสภาพการทำงานระหว่างอาชีพนักข่าวโทรทัศน์ในภาพยนตร์กับที่ปรากฏอยู่ตามประสบการณ์นักข่าวโทรทัศน์ไทย ทั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาภาพอาชีพนักข่าวโทรทัศน์จากภาพยนตร์ฮอลลีวู้ด 4 เรื่อง ได้แก่ Hero, Natural Born Killers, Mad City และ The Insider โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเป็นแนวทางในการตั้งคำถามเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกถึงประสบการณ์การทำงานจริงของนักข่าวโทรทัศน์ไทย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปรากฎการณ์ทำงานของนักข่าวโทรทัศน์ไทยมีแนวโน้มก่อให้เกิดปัญหาในลักษณะที่คล้ายคลึงและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันกับที่ปรากฎในภาพยนตร์ฮอลลีวู้ดเพียงแต่มีระดับความรุนแรงของปัญหาน้อยกว่าที่ปรากฎในภาพยนตร์ ซึ่งความคล้ายคลึงดังกล่าวสรุปได้ 3 ประเด็นสำคัญ คือ 1. วงการข่าวโทรทัศน์กลายเป็นธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรมเครือข่ายขนาดใหญ่ที่มีการลงทุนและการแข่งขันสูง ส่งผลให้ กระบวนการทำงานและแนวคิดของนักข่าวปรับสู่รูปแบบธุรกิจการค้าไปด้วย นอกจากนี้พบว่าการควบคุมสื่อเป็นการควบคุมทางอ้อมผ่านระบบธุรกิจมาขึ้น อีกทั้งนักข่าวไทยมักจะใช้การเซ็นเซอร์ของตัวเองเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหาทางการเมืองที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ โดยที่นักข่าวไม่ค่อยตระหนักถึงการแทรกแซง 2. การเสนอข่าวโทรทัศน์หลายกรณี มีลักษณะการประกอบสร้างความหมายและใกล้เคียงกับเรื่องราวที่นำเสนอในภาพยนตร์ฮอลลีวู้ด 3.ภายใต้ระบบธุรกิจข่าวสาร การทำหน้าที่ของนักข่าวโทรทัศน์ที่ปรากฎในภาพยนตร์และสภาพการทำงานจริงของนักข่าวโทรทัศน์ไทยต่างก็แสดงให้เห็นถึงปัญหาทางจริยธรรมหลากหลายแง่มุม และประเด็นเหล่านี้ดูเหมือนจะเป็นคำถามใหญ่ของการทำหน้าที่นักข่าวโทรทัศน์และสื่อมวลชน นอกจากนี้ งานวิจัยยังพบว่า การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของนักข่าวโทรทัศน์ภายใต้การบริหารงานด้วยระบบธุรกิจ ก่อให้เกิดคำถามที่นำไปสู่ข้อถกเถียงขึ้นในวงการสื่อมวลชนในปัจจุบัน คือ อุดมการณ์อาชีพนักข่าวเป็นเรื่องของ "อาชีพ" หรือ "วิชาชีพ" This qualitative research bases on the concept of intertexuality between Hollywood films and Thai existing experiences. Assumingly, the working process of the television news reporters in Hollywood films is partly based on the true story. Therefore, learning from the movies is likely to reflect the exact roles and working procedure of the television news reporters as well as the obstacles they possibly have to encounter in real working lives. In this study, the content analysis of four Hollywood films; "Hero", "Natural Born Killer", "Mad City", and " The Insider" was used to guide depth interview for collecting the experiences of Thai television news reporters. The study found that the real existing experiences of Thai reporters tent to have the same direction of that occured in Hollywood films. There are 3 majors aspects as follow: 1. The structural system of television news becomes an extensive business with enormous investment and high competition. When mass media are highly business-oriented, the working process and attitudes of news reporters have also been adapted into a business like. Instead of political control, media were controlled indirectly by the economic power. To avoid problems, most of reporters do "self-censorship". With this trend, Thai television news reporters seem to perceive that their working process is not much being interfered. 2. Many television news stories are contructed, more or less, the meaning of reality by news reporters and mass media. Moreover, some of those cases are adjacent to stories presented in Hollywood films. 3. Under the business concentration, both representations of television news reporters in Hollywood films and the real existing experiences of Thai reporters demonstrate various problems of mass media's ethic and etiquette. These become more essential concern about the role and fundtion of media.
