th-cuir.167052012-02-05T05:01:28Z บทบาทของเว็บไซต์การศึกษา www.thaigoodview.com กับการสื่อสารความรู้ The role of educational website www. thaigoodview.com in communicating knowledge พรรณทิวา จันทร์สกุล พิรงรอง รามสูต จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย. คณะนิเทศศาสตร์ อินเตอร์เน็ตในการศึกษา การศึกษา -- ทรัพยากรเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ เว็บไซต์ ผู้ใช้อินเตอร์เน็ต การบริหารองค์ความรู้ วิทยานิพนธ์ (นศ.ม.)--จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, 2552 ศึกษารูปแบบและเนื้อหาของเว็บไซต์ไทยกู๊ดวิว ลักษณะการสื่อสารความรู้ การใช้ประโยชน์ ความพึงพอใจรวมถึงการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์ไทยกู๊ดวิว โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาของเว็บไซต์ และการสำรวจความคิดเห็นด้วยแบบสอบถาม และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่เป็นทางการ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า รูปแบบของเว็บไซต์ไทยกู๊ดวิว (www.thaigoodview.com) มีคุณภาพในระบบเว็บ 1.0 โดยมีการจัดการระบบในด้านเซิฟเวอร์ ด้านซอฟแวร์และการจัดการเนื้อหา ซึ่งเนื้อหาส่วนใหญ่ในเว็บไซต์คือ บทเรียนและบทความที่มีการนำกลยุทธ์การนำเสนอที่น่าสนใจด้วยมัลติมีเดีย เช่น ภาพเคลื่อนไหว มีรูปแบบการสื่อสารแบบต่างเวลา ส่วนใหญ่เป็นความรู้ที่ปรากฎชัดเจน ซึ่งเป็นการเผยแพร่โดยการถ่ายโอนความรู้ผ่านเครือข่ายการสื่อสารแบบทุกช่องทาง ผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์มีการใช้ประโยชน์จากเว็บไซต์ไทยกู๊ดวิว เพื่อประกอบการศึกษามากที่สุด มีความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานเว็บไซต์มาก และมีส่วนร่วมในเว็บไซต์ระดับปานกลาง ทั้งนี้ข้อมูลจากการศึกษาพบว่า การจัดการความรู้ของเว็บไซต์เกิดขึ้นจากประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของเว็บมาสเตอร์ มากกว่าการผลิตเนื้อหาและการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์ ซึ่งมีการนำแนวคิดและความรู้จากบุคคลต่างๆ มาสังเคราะห์เป็นแนวทางของตนก่อนที่จะผลิตเนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์ นอกจากนี้ผลการศึกษายังแสดงให้เห็นว่า แม้ว่าเว็บไซต์ไทยกู๊ดวิวจะขาดการมีส่วนร่วมและการสื่อสารระหว่างผู้ใช้ เว็บไซต์ไทยกู๊ดวิวยังคงมีศักยภาพที่จะพัฒนาไปสู่เว็บ 2.0 แม้กระทั่งเว็บไซต์เองยังได้รับความนิยม โดยเป็นเว็บไซต์ที่มีผู้ใช้งานจำนวนมากและมีผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์อย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้เนื่องมาจากทางเว็บไซต์มีการนำกลยุทธ์ในการสร้างเครือข่ายของบุคลากร โดยใช้เทคนิคชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ และเวทีสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในการจัดประชุมหรือกิจกรรม ซึ่งในส่วนนี้เว็บมาสเตอร์ของเว็บไซต์ไทยกู๊ดวิว มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเป็นผู้นำความคิดในการจัดการ และการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีในการเผยแพร่ความรู้ To study form and content of www.thaigoodview.com, its approaches in communicating knowledge as well as the use, gratification and participation of website users. Both quantitative and qualitative research methods are used involving content analysis, questionnaire-based survey, and key informant interviews. The research finds that www.thaigoodview.com is in a web1.0 form as evidenced in the server, software and database management. Most of the content in the website consists of lessons, articles, and some are presented in multimedia mode such as moving pictures. Knowledge communication is mainly asynchronous in nature. Most of the knowledge are explicit knowledge which is disseminated through knowledge transfer through an all-channel network of communication. Users are found to rely on the website for educational purposes the most. They are all satisfied by the website and their level of participation in the website is at a medium level. The research findings also show that knowledge management in the website derives mainly from sharing of learning experiences by the webmaster rather than content production and participation by web users. Ideas and knowledge from different persons and sources are synthesized into the web user’s own approach before the content is produced for the website. In addition, the study finds that despite their lack of participation and communication between users, www.thaigoodview.com still has potential to develop into a web 2.0 platform. Nevertheless, the website is very popular and is visited by a high number of users who are exposed to it continually.
