th-cuir.236522014-05-03T15:20:10Z พฤติกรรมทางการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคใต้ Administrative behavior of secondary school administrators in southern region มนัส ไชยศักดิ์ ธีระชัย ปูรณโชติ วไลรัตน์ บุญสวัสดิ์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย. บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย ผู้นำ ภาวะผู้นำ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา -- ไทย (ภาคใต้) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน -- ไทย (ภาคใต้) Leadership High schools -- Thailand, Southern School administrators -- Thailand, Southern วิทยานิพนธ์ (ค.ม.)--จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, 2520 วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมทางการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 2. เพี่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู-อาจารย์เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรม ทางการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 3. เพี่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมทางการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเท่าที่เป็นอยู่จริงกับที่ควรจะเป็น 4. เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา และการคัดเลือกบุคคลที่จะมาดำรงตำแหน่งผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในอนาคต วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู-อาจารย์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในภาคใต้ 17 แห่ง แยกเป็นผู้บริหาร 17 คน และครู-อาจารย์ 455 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นตามแนวแบบสอบถามซึ่งสร้างโดย แอนครู ฮัลปิน (Andrew W. Halpin) และจากการศึกษาพฤติกรรมทางการบริหารและงานบริหารการศึกษาจากหนังสือ เอกสาร และรายงานการวิจัยต่างๆ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้วิธีการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบความมีนัยสำคัญด้วยค่าที (t-test) สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษามีพฤติกรรมทางการบริหารที่เป็นอยู่จริง โดยส่วนรวมและแต่ละด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยที่ผู้บริหารและครู-อาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาต่างมีความเห็นว่า พฤติกรรมทางการบริหารด้านที่เกี่ยวกับการแสดงความเป็นมิตร ความเคารพนับถือและการไว้วางใจกัน ตลอดจนการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างผู้บริหารกับผู้ร่วมงาน สูงกว่าพฤติกรรมทางการบริหารด้านที่เกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้บริหารกับผู้ร่วมงาน ในเรื่องการจัดรูปแบบของหน่วยงานที่ดี วิธีติดต่อสัมพันธ์กัน ตลอดจนกระบวนการดำเนินงานเพื่อไปสู่เป้าหมายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 2. พฤติกรรมทางการบริหารที่เป็นอยู่จริง โดยส่วนรวมและแต่ละด้านของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารเองสูงกว่าความคิดเห็นของ ครู-อาจารย์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระคับ .01 พฤติกรรมทางการบริหารที่ควรจะเป็น โดยส่วนรวมและด้านที่เกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้บริหารกับผู้ร่วมงานในเรื่องการจัดรูปแบบของหน่วยงานที่ดี วิธีติดต่อสัมพันธ์กัน ตลอดจนกระบวนการดำเนินงานไปสู่เป้าหมายของผู้บริหารทางโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารเองและของครู-อาจารย์ ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 แต่พฤติกรรมทางการบริหารที่ควรจะเป็นด้านที่เกี่ยวกับการแสดงความเป็นมิตร ความเคารพนับถือ และการไว้วางใจกัน ตลอดจนการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างผู้บริหารกับผู้ร่วมงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารเองสูงกว่าความคิดเห็นของครู-อาจารย์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 3. คร-อาจารย์ และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษามีความเห็นว่าพฤติกรรมทางการบริหาร โดยส่วนรวมและแต่ละด้านของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่ควรจะเป็นสูงกว่าที่เป็นอยู่จริง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 4. ครู-อาจารย์ และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษามีความคิดเห็นตรงกันว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาควรมีพฤติกรรมทางการบริหารที่ควรจะเป็นสูงถึง 22 ข้อ จาก แบบสอบถามทั้งหมด 30 ข้อ ฉะนั้นการปรับปรุงการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา และการคัดเลือกบุคคลที่จะดำรงตำแหน่งผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในอนาคต ควรจะยึดถือตามแนวพฤติกรรมทางการบริหารทั้ง 22 ข้อนี้ To 1. study the administrative behavior of the secon¬dary school administrators; 2. compare the administrators' opinions on their administrative behaviors with those of the teachers; 3. compare the administrators’ real and ideal admi¬nistrative behavior ; 4. recommend means to improve the secondary school administration as well as the criteria for the selection of future school administrators. Procedures : The subjects involved in this research were secondary school administrators and teachers from 17 different selected schools in the Southern region of Thailand. They were classified as 17 administrators and 55 teachers. The instrument used was a questionnaire, adapted from the Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire (LBDQ) of Andrew W. Halpin and from the study of other references. The statistical treatment included percentage, mean, stan¬dard deviation and test of significance by t-test. Findings : 1. The real administrative behavior of the administrators on all administrative dimensions and on each dimension were found to be average. The administrators and teachers in the secondary schools scored higher on the dimensions of friendship, respect, mutual trust, and the informal administrator-staff relations than- formal administrator-staff relations, the pattern of organization, the channels of communication and procedure with a significant difference at .01 level. 2. The administrators’ opinions with respect to the real administrative behavior on all administrative dimensions and on each dimension were higher than those of the teachers with a sig¬nificant difference at .01 level. There was no significant difference at .01 level between the administrators' and teachers' opinions concerning the ideal administrative behavior on all administrative dimensions and on the dimension of formal administrator-staff relations, the pattern of organization, the channels of communication, and the procedure. However, the administrators’ opinions 9ท the dimension of friend¬ship, respect, mutual trust and the informal administrator-staff relations were higher than those of the teachers at .01 level of significance, 3. Both the secondary school teachers and the administra¬tors agreed that the ideal administrative behavior on all dimen¬sions and on each dimension should be higher than the real admi¬nistrative behavior with a significant difference at ,01 level, 4.
