th-cuir.91012009-07-24T07:49:26Z การใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยกำหนดขนาดของแสลบเพื่อการผลิตเหล็กแผ่นรีดร้อน Computer-aided procedure for specifying slab dimensions for production of hot-rolled steel plates ขวัญประชา บุญกว้าง มานพ เรี่ยวเดชะ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย. คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ เหล็กแผ่นรีดร้อน คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยงานวิศวกรรม วิทยานิพนธ์ (วศ.ม.)--จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, 2543 วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ซึ่งช่วยในการกำหนดขนาดของวัตถุดิบหรือแสลบ (Slab) เพื่อการสั่งซื้อสำหรับการผลิตเหล็กแผ่นรีดร้อน โดยที่ลูกค้าระบุขนาดและจำนวนของเหล็กแผ่นที่จะรีดล่วงหน้า และมีข้อจำกัดอื่นๆ ของกระบวนการผลิต ผู้สั่งซื้อ เหล็กแผ่นและผู้ผลิตวัตถุดิบ การวิจัยได้ศึกษาความต้องการและเงื่อนไขของผู้สั่งซื้อเหล็กแผ่นรีดร้อน ผู้ผลิตแสลบ ผู้ผลิตเหล็กแผ่นรีดร้อน แล้วออกแบบกระบวนการในการตัดสินใจ และได้พัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อช่วยในการตัดสินใจในการกำหนดขนาดและจำนวนของแสลบที่ต้องใช้ การทำงานของระบบที่พัฒนาเริ่มจากผู้ใช้งานเป็นผู้กำหนดเงื่อนไขการสั่งซื้อ คอมพิวเตอร์จะคำนวณรูปแบบของการผลิตที่เป็นไปได้ทุกรูปแบบโดยอาศัยฐานข้อมูลของผู้ใช้งาน แล้วคัดแยกรูปแบบการผลิตที่ไม่เหมาะสมทิ้งไป จากนั้นผู้ใช้งานจะกำหนดลำดับความสำคัญของรูปแบบการผลิตที่ต้องการ แล้วคอมพิวเตอร์จะกำหนดขนาดและจำนวนของแสลบที่จะต้องใช้ การทดสอบกับกรณีศึกษาด้วยข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อในอดีตของโรงงานกรณีศึกษาพบว่า ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้ได้ช่วยปรับปรุงเวลาในการพิจารณาขนาดและจำนวนแสลบในการสั่งซื้อให้ลดลงร้อยละ 11.43 ถึง 29.71 และผลได้ของวัตถุดิบเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 3.35 ถึง 3.47 The objective of the thesis is to develop a computer system that assists in issuing specifications of dimensions of slabs that will be purchased for the production of hot-rolled steel plates. In the system, the sizes, and the number of each size, of the plates are given by customers. Production processes and conditions set by the customers and the suppliers are also considered in the system. The research has studied the requirements and constraints of the customers, the slab suppliers, and the hot-rolled steel plates producers. It has designed a decision-making process and developed a program that assists in specifying the dimensions and the numbers of the slabs required. The procedure of the developed system starts from entering the procurement constraints by the user. Then, the computer will calculate all possible production process plans and will eliminate unsuitable ones. After that, the user will assign priorities and the computer will specify the most suitable dimensions and quantities of the required stabs.
