The results include the recommendations for Thailand e-learning meand most common success factors such as support resources dedicated to the online programs, creation of a clear, well-defined project plan, careful selection of the initial program offerings, and teacher training sessions to help developing effective teaching styles. © 2011 IEEE. 2018-05-03T08:09:23Z 2018-05-03T08:09:23Z 2011-05-31 Conference Paper ICCRD2011 - 2011 3rd International Conference on Computer Research and Development.
