Although the hemodynamic of this disease resembles large persistent ductus arteriosus, the treatment is quite different. We report one patient of A-P window, a 4 month-old girl, who presented with fever and dyspnea. On investigations, she had A-P window. We successfully treated her by closure the defect under cardiopulmonary bypass.
