Energy planning changes from a simple single criteria approach focusing only on economics to multi-criteria which involves balancing impact on social and environment. Existing energy planning approaches, especially in developing economies, tend to face many challenges on public acceptance. This study reviewed existing problems and gaps in Thailand Power Development Plan (PDP) and propose energy planning which integrate the view of stakeholders at the first step and minimize personal bias. Mapping model with least square method equation will be used to compare characteristics of selection of energy and stakeholder preferences. It is expected that by using this integration, sustained energy planning will be obtained resulted in effective long term energy planning and development. 2019-08-23T10:42:23Z 2019-08-23T10:42:23Z 2018-10-04 Conference Paper PICMET 2018 - Portland International Conference on Management of Engineering and Technology: Managing Technological Entrepreneurship: The Engine for Economic Growth, Proceedings.
