The research data were recorded in accordance with the standards of the bibliography of the MARC 21 format complying with the posting rules of the AACR2R in order to test and compare the performance of The Proof of Work ( PoW) and IPFS. The result revealed that the information storage system development could upload and download pdf files perfectly.
