This study adopted documentary research interviews, facilitation of workshops and a focus group to collect data from Catholic leaders, HR professionals, heads and teachers from selected Catholic schools. All the useable data collected from the documents, 10 experts and 60 participants from the workshops were analyzed. The findings from this research proved that human resources functions among Catholic schools do not exist as a department but a position. HR roles and responsibilities are shared with school directors, principals and heads.
