Results show that nuts and seeds group has the highest total energy (kcal) and meat based group has the lowest total energy. In the HSR system, among all 7 groups of snacks, 21.1% of nuts and seeds products have 5 stars but 78.7% of meat-based snacks have only 0.5 stars.
