Documentary research was conducted by analyzing the rape laws of Thailand and other nations, including the United States and the United Kingdom. The in-depth interview was conducted with 50 critical informants with at least three years of work experience in the justice system. Documentary investigation revealed that Thailand's rape law was comparable to the United Kingdom's.
