By using the data collection method by collecting questionnaires with employees of Hat Yai Airport. A total of 145 people as well as interviewing the Director of Hat Yai Airport, Deputy Director of Hat Yai Airport (Business Support), Specialist 8 Hat Yai Airport, Director of Commercial and Finance Division and 9 employees working in commercial activities The results of the study found that (1.) Most of the samples were male (63.4 percent), marital status (55.2 percent), aged 26 - 33 years (46.9 percent). Bachelor's degree (55.9%) Work experience 3 - 7 years (44.1%) Working in operations and maintenance (57.9%) (2.) Factors related to ways to increase revenue from activities outside the aviation business of Hat Yai Airport as a whole at a high level by the control of commercial areas The highest average, followed by revenue management. Personnel Management Shop activity monitoring Policy for commercial area operations in the management of commercial space systems and in the management of technology and information systems, respectively. (3.) Revenue Management Factors and personnel management factors Affects the increase in nonaerospace revenues. of Hat Yai Airport statistically significant at 0.01 and the control factor of commercial space and factors in the organization of technology and information systems influencing the increase in non-aerospace income of Hat Yai Airport statistically significant at 0.05 (4). The way to increase revenue that is not related to aviation business is to use technology to help in making money for merchants in purchasing goods and services. Overseeing the complete remittance of revenue and employing personnel who have knowledge of commercial activities to have ideas to improve or adopt new forms of activities. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการหารายได้ที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับกิจการการบิน ของท่าอากาศยานหาดใหญ่ และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารพื้นที่เชิงพาณิชย์ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเพิ่ม รายได้ที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับกิจการการบิน ของท่าอากาศยานหาดใหญ่ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยใช้วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ด้วยการเก็บแบบสอบถามกับพนักงานของท่าอากาศยานหาดใหญ่ จ านวนทั้งสิ้น 145 คน พร้อมทั้งท าการสัมภาษณ์ผู้อ านวยการท่าอากาศยานหาดใหญ่, รองผู้อ านวยการ ท่าอากาศยานหาดใหญ่ (ด้านสนับสนุนธุรกิจ), ผู้ช านาญการ 8 ท่าอากาศยานหาดใหญ่, ผู้อ านวยการ ส่วนพาณิชย์และการเงิน และพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านกิจกรรมเชิงพาณิชย์ รวมจ านวน 9 คน ผล การศึกษา พบว่า (1.) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย (ร้อยละ 63.4) สถานภาพสมรส (ร้อยละ 55.2) อายุ 26 - 33 ปี (ร้อยละ 46.9) ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี (ร้อยละ 55.9) ประสบการณ์การท างาน 3 - 7 ปี (ร้อยละ 44.1) ปฏิบัติงานด้านปฏิบัติการและบ ารุงรักษา (ร้อยละ 57.9) (2.) ปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง กับแนวทางการเพิ่มรายได้จากกิจกรรมที่นอกเหนือธุรกิจการบินของท่าอากาศยานหาดใหญ่ โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการควบคุมพื้นที่เชิงพาณิชย์ ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านการบริหารรายได้ ด้านการบริหารจัดการบุคลากร ด้านการตรวจสอบกิจกรรมของร้านค้า ด้านนโยบายการด าเนินการพื้นที่ เชิงพาณิชย์ ด้านการจัดระบบพื้นที่เชิงพาณิชย์ และด้านการจัดระบบเทคโนโลยีและสารสนเทศ ตามล าดับ (3.) ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารรายได้ และปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการบุคลากร มีผลต่อการเพิ่มขึ้นของรายได้ ที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับกิจการการบิน ของท่าอากาศยานหาดใหญ่ อย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01 และ ปัจจัย ด้านการควบคุมพื้นที่เชิงพาณิชย์ และปัจจัยด้านการจัดระบบเทคโนโลยีและสารสนเทศ มีอิทธิพลต่อ การเพิ่มขึ้นของรายได้ที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับกิจการการบิน ของท่าอากาศยานหาดใหญ่ อย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติ ที่ 0.05 (4.) แนวทางการเพิ่มรายได้ที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับกิจการการบิน คือ การใช้เทคโนโลยีช่วยในการด าเนิน การหารายได้ให้กับร้านค้าในการเลือกซื้อสินค้า และบริการ การจัดแบ่งบริเวณการประกอบกิจการให้ เหมาะสมกับสภาพแวดล้อมและกายภาพของสนามบิน การเพิ่มความหลากหลายในกิจกรรม การจัดสรร การออกแบบอาคาร ตกแต่งพื้นที่ให้ใช้ประโยชน์ในพื้นที่ต่อตารางเมตรได้มากกว่าพื้นที่ที่ใช้อยู่เดิม การก ากับดูการน าส่งรายได้ให้ครบถ้วน และการใช้บุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบของ กิจกรรมเชิงพาณิชย์มีแนวคิดที่จะปรับปรุงหรือน ารูปแบบกิจกรรมใหม่ๆ เข้ามา 2023-04-27T03:33:31Z 2023-04-27T03:33:31Z 2022 Thesis http://kb.psu.ac.th/psukb/handle/2016/18106 th Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Thailand http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/th/ application/pdf application/pdf มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลาครินทร์ |
