The purpose of this research is to improve the efficiency of patient transportation during working days through a case study of the Songklanagarind hospital. In this research, the simulation approach via ProModel Simulation software is applied to analyze the performance level of transferring the patients, including the tasks uncomplete within time target, the waiting time of the patients for being carried by the porters and the utilization of porters. In addition, this research proposes the what-if scenario of the porter requirement to obtain a cost-effective operation. As a result, it showed that adding two porters at 07:00 am to 15:30 am, changing shift of code 11, altering number of wheelchairs and stretchers in each area by percentage and reduce personal response time by P-Center theory played the best alternative regarding to the tasks uncomplete within time target , the number of patients waiting for service and the porter utilization. The tasks uncomplete within time target decreased by 3.58 percent, the average time that patients waiting to be served was decreased by 14.38, 18.99 and 25.43 percent in emergency, urgent and regular case, respectively. Moreover, the porter utilization was increased by 3 percent. In the other hand, in term of porter salary, the payroll can be increased from 13,105,262 baht per year to 13,639,862 baht. (decreased by 1.6 percent) ในปัจจุบันโรงพยาบาลตระหนักถึงคุณภาพและการเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการให้บริการ เพื่อรองรับการเข้ามาใช้บริการของผู้ปุวยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการของแผนกขนย้ายผู้ปุวยในวันทำงาน กรณีศึกษาโรงพยาบาลสงขลานครินทร์ โดยประยุกต์ใช้การจำลองสถานการณ์ด้วยโปรแกรม ProModel เพื่อวิเคราะห์ระดับประสิทธิภาพการขนย้ายผู้ปุวย ทั้งจำนวนงานที่เกินระยะเวลาประกัน เวลาการรอคอยของผู้ปุวยที่รอรับบริการขนย้าย และอรรถประโยชน์จากการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ขนย้าย นอกจากนี้ได้พิจารณาค่าตอบแทนเจ้าหน้าที่ขนย้ายร่วมด้วยในแต่ละทางเลือก ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ทางเลือกการเพิ่มเจ้าหน้าที่ขนย้าย 2 อัตรา ในช่วงเวลา 07:00 น. ถึง 15:30 น. การเปลี่ยนแปลงแผนการจัดอัตรากำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ขนย้ายรหัสเวรที่ 11 การจัดสรรจำนวนรถนั่งและเปลนอนให้สอดคล้องกับพื้นที่ตามร้อยละความต้องการใช้งาน การปรับเปลี่ยนจุดพักของเจ้าหน้าที่ขนย้ายโดยใช้ทฤษฎีปัญหาการเลือกตำแหน่งที่ตั้งแบบ P-Center เป็นทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมมากที่สุด เนื่องจากจำนวนงานที่เกินระยะเวลาประกันรวมทุกระดับบริการลดลงร้อยละ 3.58 เวลาเฉลี่ยที่งานอยู่ในแถวคอยลดลง ร้อยละ 14.38 18.99 และ 25.43 ในกรณีด่วนวิกฤต ด่วนหัตถการ และปกติ ตามลำดับ นอกจากนั้นอรรถประโยชน์จากการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ขนย้ายเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิมร้อยละ 3 และมีค่าตอบแทนเจ้าหน้าที่ขนย้ายเพิ่มขึ้นจาก 13,105,262 บาทต่อปี เป็น 13,639,862 บาทต่อปี (คิดเป็นร้อยละ 1.6) 2023-11-21T02:30:53Z 2023-11-21T02:30:53Z 2018 Thesis http://kb.psu.ac.th/psukb/handle/2016/19082 th Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Thailand http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/th/ application/pdf มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ |
