Contact resistance was independent from type of metals. Contact resistivity could be used to
characterize a contact, but current density should be specified.
Contact resistance measured from this apparatus was reasonable, but an error in rubber resistance was appeared. This could be caused by high contact resistance of the needles which were used as voltage probes and position of needles. |
