Researcher has picked up this company because the property area is a critical sector that many people is depend their life on that, where the company hired many people to work with. Hence, it will be close related with the reducing the unemployment program.<p> <br />

The culture of the company is something that have glued in the company since the company have made. The company, who has the strong culture, sometimes could show good performance but sometimes they could not. It could be happen because the culture that applies is probably not suitable anymore with business environment or even not aligned with the company vision. Culture is something that could be changed. However, it is hard to change the company culture but with the awareness of the top management of the importance the new culture applied, the changes of company culture will be able to do. That is what researcher actually tries to find in this final project. Assessing the existing culture of Panorama Group, then finding the gap with the new culture that will be applied in the company.<p> <br />

After done some quantitative and qualitative research, researcher has found that dominant culture of the existing culture in Panorama Group is Clan culture. The clan is the condition where the company is being a very friendly place to work where people share a lot of themselves. And the conclusion of desired culture result is the dominant of Adhocracy Culture and Market Culture. At the end of this paper, researcher give some recommendation to achieve new culture desired for the company. |
