Description
Summary:A new small radio telescope is recently available at the Bosscha Observatory. To properly utilize this telescope some important characteristics must be derived using appropriate methods. This characterization consists of determination of beamwidth, aperture efficiency, and pointing errors. A receiver capable to provide observations at 1420 MHz is then used to determine galactic rotation curve. Therefore, the retrieved galactic rotation curve covers only interior regions of the Galaxy, that is, from the galactic center to the Sun's orbit. Comparison with the published result (Clemens 1985) is discussed. <br />
