The focus of this study was to formulate the long term business strategy which can be implement to a company in leather shoes manufacturer industry, PTX Generally, the analysis systematic include: evaluate current vision, mission, goals, policies, and strategies; identify major issues and key success factors in shoe's industry; analyze and evaluate company's internal and external factors; and generate strategies base on the internal and external conditions of the company. Nowadays, business environment becomes more complex and dynamic; therefore the business strategy planning and evaluating matter become very important. With a good strategy planning, company could take advantage from opportunities and strengths as optimal as possible; and could anticipate and overcome threats and weaknesses well as soon as possible. <br />
