Measurement of PZT-ferroelectric materials had been performed by Sawyer-Tower circuit and the result compared with measurement result performed by Radian Rt66A. The aim of this comparison is to observe the accuracy of the system in performed the measurement. The hysteresis curve displayed on Oscilloscope in X-Y mode and Personal Computer with Delphi as Graphic User Interface. Several PZT samples had been measured by this system and the result compared with Radian measurement. <br /> text
