These promises will be valid as long as manufacturing executes the MPS according to plant. MPS has the intelligence and experience to interpret the signal it gets from sales and the forecast, to think of alternative means of satisfying customer needs, and to make an adjustment in capacity, inventory, and so forth that allow the company to serve customer without causing supply and demand imbalance.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> To make easy in planning and making production schedule, it needs to built software that support the MPS. The first step begun with the modeling MPS and the component, finally build software MPS system based on web. This software directly help the planner in order to take control an order for stock production, arrange the sales forecast and provide ATP for customer and up dating, distribution a specific information about when order release should have to execute to shop floor. Making software that based on web is possible to planner in access into database where input, up dating and deleting data could be done in anyplace, anytime and any platform, because the system connect to internet. text |
