Multiple state model is used as a base in constructing this table. Moreover this model uses continuous time Markov chains represented as transition probabilities from one state to another which is developed by calculating transition intensities estimated through maximum likelihood method. As a study case, claim data based on traffic accidents of insurance company in West Java is used. text
