CALCULATION OF THE PRICE OF EMPLOYEE STOCK OPTIONS USING BINOMIAL METHOD
Employee stock option is a type of call options which differ from standard options. Basically, the option is a contract between employees and the company. Employee stock options have a vesting period, during which, the exercise of the options are not allowed.
