Dealing with this situation, the company should recognize which critical job function that has the major impact for the operational capability in the future.<p>Regarding to that condition, the company needed an effective workforce plan to bridging between workforce demand with company strategic plan for today and future. Strategic staffing is a process to indentified and staffing implementation from company strategic plan.<p>This Final Project is trying to design strategic staffing process optimization of PQR Business Unit, a business unit from multinational oil and gas company in Indonesia. The research provides recommendations for PQR Bussiness Unit, which expected to solve the critical talent shortages.<p>Strategic Staffing implementation could be started from a comprehensive sourcing strategy with developing a PQR Academy in Riau. The academy would take an important role as a talent pool to provide the high competence workforce. <br />
