Competition for the best talent between companies has changes their perspectives to recruit the qualified ones. Dealing with this situation, the company should recognize which critical job function that has the major impact for the operational capability in the future.<p>Regarding to that condition, the company needed an effective workforce plan to bridging between workforce demand with company strategic plan for today and future. Strategic staffing is a process to indentified and staffing implementation from company strategic plan.<p>This Final Project is trying to design strategic staffing process optimization of PQR Business Unit, a business unit from multinational oil and gas company in Indonesia. The research provides recommendations for PQR Bussiness Unit, which expected to solve the critical talent shortages.<p>Strategic Staffing implementation could be started from a comprehensive sourcing strategy with developing a PQR Academy in Riau. The academy would take an important role as a talent pool to provide the high competence workforce. <br />
