Summary: | Business environment in the recent time has so many changes specially on regulation changes from the government. The pressure of competition in the world has changed the nature of economy which caused the changes to become free market through liberalization. Dealing with such situation, the company should be survive and beats the competition through implementing performance measurement system which covers all future orientated aspects.<p>Observation object of this research is corporate culture in PT. X's Gas Stations. Measurement using EOS-ELQ is able to guide and evaluate business performance in creating a corporate culture.<p>This Final Project focus on analysis of the corporate culture at PT. X gas station, based on the EOS-ELQ framework. Vision and mission are the foundation in conducting company's performance management, in which those have to be translated into EOS-ELQ questionnaire.<p>The research provides corporate culture analysis, which expected could increase productivity of company, increase and develop internal processes, encourages attitude to learn and develop to improves employee's performance. EOS result shows that entrepreneurial behavior in PT. X's Gas Stations still should be increased. Survey result shows value between 2.08-2.99 (at 5 scales). ELQ analysis shows that PT. X's Gas Stations needs leaders with characteristics: explorer, miners, accelerator and integrator. Simply define, it can be conclude that bureaucracy in PT. X's Gas Stations still complex and not ready to face free market. |
