Way the triumph of 3D animated movies made by children of the nation in their own country needs strong foundation components, which are not only a source of excellent human resource, adequate funding, powerful engine, but also requires business processes that enable production run more efficiently. Not only efficient, film production also requires business processes that enable intensive collaboration of the inter-production team without being restricted by space and time.<p>Information technology supports such business processes with the concept of groupware. Implementation of groupware on business process appropriately will maintain efficiency even allows for the emergence of potential improvements to the production process. With a solid business processes, production teams can better optimize their potencies to focus on creativity and produce high quality 3D animated movies that is capable of attracting local and international markets.<p>Business process re-design for production of 3D animated movie made to apply the concept of groupware in the production process. Groupware is designed to facilitate collaboration in the production process flow. Optimization the potency of groupware as network-based application is also done with an online facilities for movie team recruitation so that they can reach the various corners of the country. Groupware of 3D Animation Movie Production is called NeDiFaMovieGW.<p>Performance improvements measured with the level of collaboration, throughput efficiency, percentage of automated processes, and subjective analysis of potential improvements that brought up by NeDiFaMovieGW. <br />
