problem every year PG and DGI as formal institutions using best practices in <br />

deciding that the process adopted included the discovery process, although <br />

there are weaknesses in managing the socio-political barriers. Farmers tend to <br />

fall into the decision-making process by forcing the idea due to the closed <br />

<br />
nature of their cultural and reluctance to find information. |
