Summary:PT.S as a cultural tourism object, is a replica of Sundanesse village, which represents Sundanesse tradisional art and culture. Apart from the performance of art and the traditional culture, PT. S also produces traditional musical instruments such as angklung and other bamboo musical instruments.<p>In 2007 PT. S has been transformed from family business into a company with more professional management. At this time, PT. S has a long-term plan until 2017, but this plan has not yet been mapped well. In accordance with the agreement with PT. S, the aim of this final project is to formulate the company's strategy in accordance with the point of view, the mission and the aim of the company, so as to be able to increase the company's competitiveness.<p>The conceptual framework in formulating the company's strategy was by using the stage of strategic management of Wheelen and Hunger, consisting of environmental scanning, strategy formulation, and strategy implementation. The process of data collection, primary and secondary data were carried out by means of the study of literature, direct observation, interviews, group discussion with the management of the company, and the other reference such as the internet.<p>The formulation of the company's strategy is depicted with weighted EFAS (external factors analysis summary) and IFAS (internal factors analysis summary) of company, the production of SWOT Matrix, Strategy Map with the Balanced Scorecard perspectives, and the determination of the business strategy and functional the company. The strategy implementation plan will be divided into short-term, middle-term and long-term stage.
