Description
Summary:The global economic development has increased the amount of world crude oil’s consumption. Because of that, it needs an Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) method to increase the crude oil’s production. Surfactant is one example of substance that can be injected into the well. Surfactant or surface active agent is a chemical substance that can change the interface behavior so that it is used to reduce the interfacial tension. This laboratory study is conducted to analyze the effect of concentration, time, and temperatur on non-ionic surfactant and anionic non-ionic blend surfactant to the oil recovery through imbibition process.
