These curves indicated that bronchus and tissue were slowly equilibrating tissue (SET), while the heart and the liver were rapidly epuilibrating tissue (RET). Serum theophylline level was analyzed by spectra-photometry and theophylline concentration in organ and tissues by high performance liquid chromatography at 280 nm using acetate buffer solution of pH 4.8 acetonitrile as mobile phase. text
