In this study, the territorial sea delimitation Indonesia - Malaysia was determined using the equidistant principle based on the implementation of UNCLOS in 1982. By using the equidistant principle author tries to reassign points and baselines that have not been agreed upon by both countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia to represent the legal basis used. text |
