Up until now, the number of land surveying requests – both the first time and maintenance surveys that’d been submitted to East Jakarta Office of Land Affair were quite a count. To fulfill that uprising demands, measuring officers alone are incapable enough, since their limited capacity. Thus, a licensed surveyor that masters all the conceptuals and practical issues in surveying sciences were needed. But, without a good and effective management to maintain those licensed surveyors, it would be hard to solve the existing land surveying request problems. The author took The East Jakarta Office of Land Affair as an example. It had about 21 licensed surveyors, but their influences in solving problems were haven’t yet to be seen, since there were only two licensed surveyors that still in active status. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> An interview is needed in term toanalyze the measuring officers and licensed surveyors capability in hadling problems, while a well known Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) methode would be implemented to improve their performance. The SWOT methode would later help the surveyors decide which was the best choices that available in various conditions. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research would explain the strategies to improve the performance of licensed surveyors that worked in East Jakarta Office of Land Affair.
