One of that potential energy resources are coalbed methane. Approximately 453 TSCF coalbed methane gas resources that are stored in the Earth Indonesia. But Coalbed methane is considered in unconventional gas. Because it has different characteristics than conventional gas that have been developed in Indonesia first. With the same production, lifting cost coalbed methane requires the a greater cost than Conventional Gas. This final attempt to provide a solution, the system of production sharing contracts which can accommodate coalbed methane exploitation. in order to stimulate optimally coalbed methane exploration and exploitation. text
