The construction project is a kind of project that has relatively high risks for the uncertain events compared with other projects such as manufactures. It is due to the fact that the construction project activities are unique, complex, and dynamic on each site and not always a repeated activity, and have a special objective with the final product or final works. A series of activities in a construction project starts when an idea comes to meet a need that may derive from some sources such as government plans, market demands, internal corporate, research and development, etc. The activities consist of several phases including execution phase, i.e. the execution of construction development. The phase of construction project execution, when a contractor has won a tender and is ready for the construction, is an activity that involves uncertain events which derive from either internal or external environment of the projects. The uncertain events interact and affect the cost of execution. The contractor who is responsible for the management of human resources should consider the uncertain events that may cause the risk of rising project cost from the estimated cost as the consequence of the unexpected costs during the execution of construction. <br />
