Analysis of the study was conducted to compare the customary marine tenure systems Haruku and national marine tenure systems. In conclusion, that the aspect of region in Haruku has a specific area and its delimitation. In the aspect of social unit holders of rights, management rights are owned by Haruku residents only. As for the legal aspects and its implementation, Haruku own custom rules and the agency Kewang which keeping the customary rules. text |
