| Summary: | To learn more about registration implementation building on the water, then conducted the study of legal and technical aspects to support the registration a building on the water with a case study: the island of Bintan in the Riau Islands. In the legal aspects of the study was conducted between the procedures for registration of comparisons of building land with building up the procedures for registration of the water. In this context the registration building over water is a grant of right to water. In the technical aspect do identification of objects in the Sea (the building of air) as a marine cadastral objects. Registration of building upon the water this takes the form of 3D measurement building upon the water and has an elevation of information so done defining the vertical datum. A vertical Datum used was an altitude of MSL (Mean Sea Level). |
