In this context the registration building over water is a grant of right to water. In the technical aspect do identification of objects in the Sea (the building of air) as a marine cadastral objects. Registration of building upon the water this takes the form of 3D measurement building upon the water and has an elevation of information so done defining the vertical datum. A vertical Datum used was an altitude of MSL (Mean Sea Level). text |
