This study aims to investigate what role can Human Resources Information System (HRIS) do in Strategic Human Resources Management (SHRM) to Organizational Performance. Identification was conducted by examining how employees and managers in the organization saw the role of HRIS in SHRM to organizational performance. This study uses the PLS method. Sample of this sudy is an employee of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, department HR Center. The data was collected using a questionnaire to employees and managers in HR Center PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. The scope of this study is only identified the role of HRIS in SHRM dimensions to organizational performance based on previous research and the real condition of the company. <br />

Based on results of this study suggest that role of Human Resources Information Systems in Strategic Human Resources Management haves a positive influence on organizational performance. This study also revealed that employees and managers not only considered using HRIS for supporting the HR processes, but also considered that HRIS was an enabling technology that can improve organizational performance. |
