Internet hold important role in a period of this time. Internet can deliver data such <br /> <br /> <br /> as text, picture, voice, and also the video. This video delivery is call video <br /> <br /> <br /> streaming. Video Streaming mean to deliver video data continually without <br /> <br /> <br /> broken. System of this video streaming to be develop by writer at this final <br /> <br /> <br /> project. This system based on application client/server. Application in client use a <br /> <br /> <br /> Pocket PC with user friendly and powerful. Application in server run at a <br /> <br /> <br /> computer desktop, handling all interaction directly and also all request of client. <br /> <br /> <br /> This Sistem develop by for three shares that is desctop server, camera and Pocket <br /> <br /> <br /> PC as client. The system design live video, and client can to access it from Pocket <br /> <br /> <br /> PC use network internet. <br /> <br /> <br /> After system finish to developed, hence will be done by examination to quality of <br /> <br /> <br /> video streaming yielded by taking data of frame rate and bit rate. Taking data do <br /> <br /> <br /> with 3 method that is with emulator Pocket PC, with cable USB incircuit with <br /> <br /> <br /> Pocket PC, and with facility wireless. Got Data will analysis to know how quality <br /> <br /> <br /> of yielded video streaming.
