Summary:to support the expanded program on immunization in Indonesia and in other countries. In 2009, Bio Farma plans to release their new product called seasonal flu <br /> <br /> <br /> vaccine. Seasonal flu vaccine development process described with the new product management conceptual framework, Crawford, et al., 2005. The development steps of seasonal flu vaccine consist of opportunity identification and evaluation, concept generation, concept evaluation, development that include technical task and marketing task and the product launching. <br /> <br /> <br /> In terms of conducting a comprehensive launch strategy, market testing is held by pseudo sales method and speculative sales technique using questioner that <br /> <br /> <br /> spread to their target market. The result of market testing is sales forecast that built nearly close to the market condition and the revision of marketing plan that already planned before. <br /> <br /> <br /> The implementation plan will be broken down for each points also includes estimated times and estimated budget for activities. By applying the implementation planning, it is hoped that Bio Farma can reach the goal of Seasonal flu vaccine launching success.
