| Summary: | Every company wants their machine to work optimally, therefore, maintenance is an essential aspect. Maintenance operation become hard to manage when machine becomes more complex and varies. Maintenance system is needed to manage it. This final project tries to make a maintenance system using preventive maintenance method. This maintenance system model developed is managing and scheduling maintenance avtivities model. This model have capability to manage and schedule workorder. In developing the system prototype, web-based application is used to make the interface, while database model is used for data saving requirements. The system that is made will be simulated with the maintenance operation data (SOP) from manual book. The result show this web-based operation system can be applied to improve management and maintenance operation scheduling efficiency and effectivity. This final project can be developed with addition and integration with other model to create a better maintenance system. |
