Certainty of rights is fundamental in the development and management of an area, such as the area of land under the authority of the land cadastre for the granting of rights. While in reality, development and management of the area not only on land, but at marine region can seen with high certainty of right. Based on that required a study on marine cadastre and the effects of marine cadastre entitlement water to coastal and marine areas. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In this thesis will be carried out the research activities of measuring and mapping marine cadastre made to the building over the water Hotel Pantai Gapura Makassar, which refers to the measurement and mapping procedure book in marine cadastre by National Land Agency BPN-RI. On the implementation of the measurement, the object of detailed measurements are building villa on the water and the details of the situation around the building. Measurements on the water villa building objects is done by terrestris method, while on the details of situation around the waters villa building objects will be measured the depth by the acoustic method and mechanical method. In the mapping phase will be carried out in CAD (Computer Aided Design) and GIS (Geographic Information System) software. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The results of this thesis obtained a measuring image which apply 3-dimensional mapping based on the BPN-RI book about measurement and mapping of marine cadaster and can be used for the management of the coastal and marine areas.
