To improve the quality of maintenance process, it is not enough by only enhancing the technical skills. An important issue needs attention is the culture of the organization itself. This is because the culture of an organization can resist any attemps to improve the quality of maintenance. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> First of all, the existing culture must be identified. In this research the organizational culture of PT. X will be identified using the Web of Cultural Change. Input data for the web diagram is taken from the results of the questionnaire scores. Web of cultural change from PT. X is compared with the web diagram of benchmark company to discover the culture elements which need improvement. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> From the research, it is found that PT. X categorized as “good” culture. However, two areas need improvement i.e the relationships between the management and members of cultural infrastructure and the presence of old rites and rituals. Recommendations to improve the organizational culture of PT. X are to improve relationships between management and the members of cultural infrastructure and to make sure that old rites and rituals have been eliminated from the new process. text
