The existence of new programs aimed at increasing safety in airline activity is worth of a research. It is because the regulator have arranged regulations for the implementation of air transportation that could conform the objective of transportation activity. In this Final Assignment, the regulation issued by the regulator in Indonesia (CASR) is compared to the IOSA and SMS safety program, to reach a conclusion of which one should be the base for the safety program application for Indonesian airlines. The study shows that the current regulation implemented (CASR), which is the guidance for the safety operation implementation, is not enough to be a guidance for safety program implementation. For that reason, IOSA implementation, developed with SMS principals, is the recommended program in safety program implemmentation. |
