It is because the regulator have arranged regulations for the implementation of air transportation that could conform the objective of transportation activity. In this Final Assignment, the regulation issued by the regulator in Indonesia (CASR) is compared to the IOSA and SMS safety program, to reach a conclusion of which one should be the base for the safety program application for Indonesian airlines.
