Indophenols blue solution is alkali solution with pH 10, 4-11, 5 formed in existence of ammonium ion allied with hypochlorite, which is forming monochloramine. Monochloramine , hypochlorite and phenol will perform indophenols , the blue colored solution. Then nitroprusside will used as catalyst. <br /> <br /> <br /> This procedure will result NH4 + + ClO- + H2O HC12H6Cl2O2N reaction chemically. <br /> <br /> <br /> Experiment held with make various kind of concentrate. There are 6 kind of concentrate, and went on dilute solution. Laser beam fall into solution in a cuvet, because a beam spreading after through cuvet so used positif lens to accumulate ligaht into fotodioda sensor. A light source ia Laser He-Ne λ= 632,8 nm. During experiments demand change time of heat, measerument of temperature, also change physical on solution condition. <br /> <br /> <br /> In a experiment of result, contiuned by make a regresi equation from experiment result. In y = mx+b equation form. The final regression equation is y =-6.905 x + 9.4655 Validation solution have various kind of concentrate. There are eight kinds of concentrate. Each of concentrate tested to make certain about concentration value measurable (x=y-b/m). Maximum error in validation solution is 79 % which is match at 6 ppm ammoniac concentration.And minimum error 5 % when concentrate ammoniac reached 0.32 ppm. text |
