Pertani (Persero) has not reached optimal performance to meet its commercial role. It was evident from the losses that appear every year. In this study found several root problems that cause losses in the PT. Pertani (Persero), namely: consistency of quality, operations, amount of production that is not appropriate to the needs and the sales price can not compete with private parties. <br /> <br /> <br /> Having identified the root problem, then analyze the problem by doing a SWOT analysis of environmental factors was obtained from internal and external environmental factors. In addition to the SWOT analysis, also conducted operations strategy matrix. <br /> <br /> <br /> From both the analysis conducted in this study, resulting in opportunities for improvement that can reduce the disruption to the problems that happened at PT. Pertani (Persero), thus increasing revenues and improving the company's operating strategy. <br /> <br /> <br /> Operation of the proposed strategy includes improvements in human resources are not disciplined, to analyze the resources used machines, technologies company’s, and planning on operating strategy in the rice industry. text |
